LG to release PuriCare Wearable Air Purifying Face Mask

The world is currently fighting with a pandemic caused due to Novel Coronavirus. It has infected more than 24 million people of which more than 8 Lakh people have lost their life.

Social Distancing, Washing Hands Regularly, and Wearing Face Mask are the measures to stop or reduce the spread of the Virus. The special thing is LG Electronics has plans for Coronavirus related personal protective equipment. According to a Thursday press release, the South Korean technology and appliance company will soon release an air-purifying mask that is built to deliver clean air and make breathing easier.

The Specifications

LG's upcoming face mask will have two built-in H13 HEPA filters, which are said to be similar to the filters LG uses in the build of its home air purifier products. The filters can be easily replaced anytime.

Dual fans are present to assist wearers whenever they inhale and reduce the resistance whenever they exhale. The wearable will also have a respiratory sensor that will detect the cycle and volume of the wearer’s breath and will adjust the dual three-speed fans accordingly.

It will run on an 820 mAh battery. It can be used up to 8 hours and 2 hours on low and high mode respectively.

The device can also be charged with a carrying case which will also sanitize it with UV-LED lights.

The End Notes

Dan Song, the President of LG Electronics said that "The PuriCare Wearable Air Purifier is an exciting addition to our growing lineup of products designed to deliver meaningful health and hygiene benefits. At a time when consumers are seeking ways to make life safer and more convenient, it’s important that we’re able to offer solutions that add measurable value."

That's all in this article. I wish the PuriCare wearable mask will be available to everyone at considerable prices.
